I've been with you now for about seven or eight years, and have only had one complaint (several years ago you shipped me a box that was low in count); I'm glad your business is flourishing for many years, and I hope to swing by should my travels ever take me to that part of the world. I only wish the rest of the people with whom I deal had as good a ratio of 'orders to deliveries as promised' as does Izmir.
